pHformula skin resurfacing is an accelerated form of exfoliation that creates changes in the skin through 3 mechanisms:

A. Stimulation of epidermal growth, through removal of the stratum corneum.

B. Destruction of specific layers of damaged skin and replacing them with healthy normalized tissue.

C. Activation of mediators of inflammation inducing production of new collagen and glycoaminoglycans in the dermis.

The pHformula skin resurfacing treatment philosophy is to effectively deliver specific actives by making use of the unique PH-DVC (PH delivery vehicle complex).
