Supply and delivery costs.
Unless otherwise stated on the electronic order confirmation, the goods are sent within 2 working days after payment is registered. This does not apply to card payments where the money is only drawn when the goods are sent. Delivery is usually carried out through Post Denmark / DHL. We will send an email message when the product is sent and when you can expect to receive it. If we cannot observe to dispatch your order within the 2 days you will receive notice of that per. e-mail.
Delivery outside Denmark.
For deliveries outside Denmark freight costs by heavier items, may occur. The exact shipping cost is calculated based on shipment size / weight. For orders to be delivered outside Denmark a special order confirmation will be forwarded, stating shipping cost and delivery method. This confirmation must be confirmed before order is dispatched.
Orders are placed as follows: Find the item you wish to order.
Once you have clicked through to the product, then click “Add to Cart”. Select the desired amount. Continue shopping or click ‘Go to Order “when you complete the order total: Contact, Address, Payment Method and click” Complete order “. Then select payment details. Typed information, before this step, can at any time be changed by going back to the desired level with your browser arrow keys. The information changes as follows:
Number items – Enter a different number and remember to click “Update count”. Remove items from cart: enter “0” and remember to click “Update count”. Other Information: Delete and enter new information and go next the next step. If you have questions for items not on the side, you are always more than welcome to contact us.
All contracts are written in English. All prices on the website are inclusive VAT and other taxes.

Payment with credit card enables you to be protected against abuse. You have the option to refuse payment when you receive your payment history. You have no deductibles in the event that your card is misused in an Internet store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment. You are thus better protected than in the physical world where you have an excess of 1200 kr. when your credit card being misused by the use PIN code. The data you submit in connection with purchase paid with credit card is encrypted (SSL) and it is only PBS / NETS that can read them. There is none among us who has the ability to read the data. The total amount subject to payment is only captured from out point when we ship the goods. There can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved by the acquisition.

Should you contrary to expectations cancel your purchase. THE GOODS RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM ARE RIGHTFULLY RETURNED.
If you regret your purchase, YOU MUST RETURN THE GOODS IN THE SAME CONDITION (unopened) as when you received it. Note: Organic products are not returned. When ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN SOME CASES CONSTITUTE AN ESSENTIAL PART OF PRODUCT VALUE, IT MAY IMPLY THAT THE PRODUCT MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED returned in the same condition and quantity packaging not kept up. THEREFORE ALWAYS REMEMBER TO SAVE THE PACKING UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THAT YOU WILL KEEP THE GOODS. The purchase price will be credited to your account within 7 days. Have you purchased with credit card the amount will be returned to you. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR REG. AND ACCOUNT NUMBER, in order for us to return the money incl.

When you shop with us, you obviously have the right to claim. This means you either have it replaced, money back, depending the specific situation. This condition of course means, that the claim is justified and that the error was not caused by a misuse of the product or other injurious behaviour.
The claim must be given within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If the complaint is given within 7 days after the mistake was discovered, the claim is always timely. We will refund reasonable freight costs, as you may have in connection with returning the item, when the claim is justified. When you return the product, please include a description of what may be wrong. Note – we do not receive packages C.O.D – cash on delivery. Remember to send the product back in good containers and to get a receipt for the shipment, so that we can repay you your costs.
Personal information you provide to us in connection with the acquisition is not disclosed in any manner to any third party. All information you have submitted is securely stored in a database, in electronic format with encrypted password, and is only available to our trusted employees. In connection with the electronic payment no account or credit card information is stored. All data communication in the electronic payment via PBS / NETS is approved by an ePay Gateway payment server. This data communication is done with utmost security through an encrypted SSL connection for prescriptions from PBS / NETS.
Other information such as name, address, phone no. and e-mail is required to ship the product and communicating electronically with you. These other data transmitted is not encrypted. Information is stored as a minimum of 5 years cf. requirements of the Accountancy Act. Similarly, there is a recording of the IP address from which the order is completed. This registration is only used in cases of fraudulent orders. False orders are reported to the police.
As registered, you always have the opportunity for insight and you may object to a registration under the rules of the Privacy Act.
A cookie is a symbol for the fact that a user’s behaviour on a network is registered with the user (the user’s hard drive). In this way the server (eg a website) at the user’s next visit, knows who the user is.

We use traffic log cookies which means that a statistical system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors a website has had, where they come from, on which part this site vacated and so on. We use traffic log cookies in order to optimize the website and its functionality.
Security of online payment.
When paying with his credit card on the Internet, it can seem a little intangible that you can just enter the card details and press a button. But thanks to Danish law, you know yourself safe when you pay via the Internet. There is namely a set of rules used for electronic payment solutions that are designed to maintain maximum security against abuse. Therefore, if you discover a payment, which is deducted, from your account and you’re not familiar with this payment, there are maps of the issuer (bank, finance company, etc..) obligation to give back money to your account. Card Issuer may afterwards be demanding money back from the shop, which has withdrawn amount.
